1. Scope
ALLINVIDS is a decentralized video production service. These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed via allinvids.com. As an international, decentralized service, no single country's consumer protection law applies. By submitting an order, the customer accepts these terms in full.
2. Service
ALLINVIDS produces children's animation videos and publishes them on the shared community YouTube channel. The customer orders production minutes at a rate of $200 per minute (minimum order: $500). The customer receives a proportional share of channel revenue based on the number of minutes they have ordered relative to the total channel minutes.
3. Revenue from Your Videos
YouTube pays ad revenue on the published videos. ALLINVIDS deducts a 20% service fee from those earnings. An additional 20% is automatically reinvested into new video orders to grow the channel. The remaining 60% is paid out to the customer on a monthly basis.
4. Revenue Distribution in Detail
The revenue distribution from monthly net platform earnings is as follows:
- 20% service fee — retained by ALLINVIDS to cover all production, channel management, SEO, monetization management, and monthly reporting.
- 20% reinvestment — automatically used to order new videos, growing the channel and increasing future earnings proportionally.
- 60% customer payout — paid monthly to the customer's stated USDT/USDC BEP20 address, proportional to their share of total channel minutes.
No fixed or guaranteed returns are promised. YouTube ad revenue varies depending on views, advertiser demand, and algorithm performance.
5. No Investment Product
This is not a capital investment product or financial instrument. The customer is purchasing a video production service. Revenue generated is a result of YouTube ad performance and is not guaranteed. Customers should not treat this as a financial investment.
6. Payment
Payment is made in USDT or USDC via the BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain) network. Payment address: 0x454348530Ac29Fe9829934cfe9Fb9aCd47fb12bc. No refunds are issued once production has commenced. The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.
7. Liability
ALLINVIDS does not guarantee specific earnings. Platform earnings depend on external factors including views, algorithm changes, and advertiser market conditions. ALLINVIDS is not liable for force majeure events, platform rule changes by YouTube, demonetization, or any other circumstances outside of ALLINVIDS's control.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution by email in the first instance: hello@allinvids.com. No specific national law governs these terms. Should individual provisions be found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
